I'll Sleep When I'm Dead

In my "free time"... meaning when I cannot sleep... I have been catching up on editing Millie's monthly photos.  I woke up this morning at 4:30 and here is the final product:

Isn't she just the sweetest thing!  Today I have plans to take her 8 month photo and do our family Christmas card photo... here's to hoping everyone cooperates! 

Where has the Time Gone?

I am amazed at the amount of time that has passed since the last time I wrote.  Everyday seems to fly by quicker and my kids are growing up to fast.  I could write a blog about Clay every day with the amount of hilarious and amazing things that he does/says!

So much has happened since the last time I posted!  I'll try to get everyone caught up...

We stayed in the hospital for a total of one week after having Millie... Ryan and I experienced so many emotions packed into a very short time!  As you all know by now, Millie is perfectly healthy and our little family is wonderful!

We brought her home to meet her big brother, Clay!  I was anxious to see how Clay would react to the new addition...

 As you can see, my worries were for no reason!  Clay is an amazing big brother!

We have had many visitors...

Great Grandma Sue was here for a month to take care of Clay while we were away to have Millie.

Clay learned so much while she was here!  He started counting, learning his colors and shapes, and talking so much more! We missed his birthday while we were away, so we had cake and sang happy birthday!

Then Grandma Vicki and Auntie Taylor came to visit for a week!

Followed immediately by a visit from Grandma and Grandpa Howe!

We were so happy to have so much family here to visit!  Thank you for all your help and company!

Since then, my first year as a science teacher is complete!  I made it!

Now we have been making improvements to our home and enjoying our babies!

Clay had his first dentist appointment.

In just a short time Millie has grown like a weed!

Summer has been fantastic!  We have been really enjoying our time and are looking forward to our trip back to the Midwest!
